We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items, size-related returns, oversized items such as roof racks, and approved exchanges. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

This ROCKBROS cycling gloves have 3 temperature levels of high, middle and low temperature. It can automatically control and adjust the temperature. After heating in high temperature for five minutes, it automatically downshifts and keeps constant temperature.
WARM & EXTENDED BRACERS:
This heated gloves cover the entire back of the hands, fingers and tips and adopt double layer fabric, outer layer is windproof, inner layer is thickened polar fleece, double layer protection is warmer. Wrist extension design can prevent cold air from pouring back, which can lock the temperature and keep warm more effectively.
