At ROCKBROS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, such as by email.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation request before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.


2. Refund of Original Delivery Costs

If you cancel your order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund the payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, subject to the conditions below.

Full Cancellation

If you cancel and return your entire order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, we will only refund the amount equivalent to the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

Partial Cancellation

If you return only part of your order and keep one or more items, the original delivery cost will not be refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us.

After the 14-Day Cancellation Period

After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, the original delivery cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to a product fault, quality issue, or our error.


3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and has no obvious signs of use.

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.

  • You can provide proof of purchase or an order number.

  • Electronic products and software must be returned without activation or registration.

  • Customized items or personal hygiene products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

You may be responsible for any loss in value of the goods if the loss results from handling the product beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled according to the reason for the return.

We will cover the return shipping cost in the following cases:

  1. Product Quality Issues
    The product has a quality issue, manufacturing defect, damage, or functional fault.
  2. Our Error
    The return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or an incorrect product.
  3. Fit-Related Size Issues for Wearable Items
    The return is due to a fit-related size issue for wearable items only, including clothing, shoes, helmets, and other personal gear.

    This does not apply to size or dimension issues for bike bags, racks, mounts, or other non-wearable accessories.

  4. Oversized Items
    For oversized items, such as roof racks, we may cover the return shipping cost once the return request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team.
  5. Approved Exchanges
    The customer requests an exchange, and the exchange request is approved by our customer service team.

In the above cases, please contact our customer service team before returning the product. We may provide a prepaid return label or further return instructions.

Customer Covers the Return Shipping Cost

For returns due to personal reasons other than the cases listed above, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Personal reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Changed mind

  • No longer needed

  • Ordered the wrong product

  • Product does not meet personal preference or expectations

  • Other non-quality-related reasons

Please do not return the product without first contacting us, as this may delay the handling of your return.


5. Extended Holiday Returns

All orders placed between December 1 and December 31 are eligible for hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • After the goods are shipped, please send us the logistics tracking code. After receiving and inspecting the goods , we will handle it according to your return reason and may provide refund, exchange or repair services.

After shipping the return, please send us the logistics tracking number by email.

This helps us track your return and process your refund, exchange, or repair more efficiently.


7. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
