We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items, size-related returns, oversized items such as roof racks, and approved exchanges. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

This heated glove uses a USB-powered heating wire, which must be plugged into a portable power bank. For cycling, this can be slightly inconvenient as you will need to carry and connect your own power bank.
However, it is more suitable for motorbike use, as many motorbikes are equipped with onboard power outlets, making it easier and safer to keep the gloves powered while riding.
WARMTH AND BREATHABILITY:
With the help of silicone-PVC heating film, the gloves can slowly heat up to about 70℃ when connected to the power supply, then maintain a constant temperature. (Note: They don't have power storage function, you need to charge it while it heats up). Nylon ventilation holes to prevent suffocation and moisture.
SHOCK ABSORPTION AND COMFORT:
Thick SBR pad for optimal safety. Anti-slip stripes on the fingers. Soft joints without compression.
SENSITIVE TOUCHSCREEN:
