We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items, size-related returns, oversized items such as roof racks, and approved exchanges. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

ROCKBROS bike carriers are suitable for bike fork widths under 110mm. You can easily install the bike with quick release, but for the thru-axle bike, you need to buy an adapter separately.
