We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

The ROCKBROS smart bike rear light combines brake sensing, automatic light and motion detection, and synchronised flashing for riders using compatible matching lights. Its five lighting modes let you adjust the output to suit different riding conditions, while the compact 250mAh rechargeable design supports convenient everyday use. With four mounting options, it's easy to move between your seatpost, saddle, bike bag or helmet.
The built-in acceleration sensor detects braking and temporarily increases the light output for approximately 3 seconds, helping make changes in your riding speed more noticeable to following road users. Automatic light and motion sensing also supports hands-free operation, with sleep mode activating after approximately 30 seconds of inactivity.
Designed for group rides, the Team Sync function allows compatible matching rear lights to coordinate their flashing patterns. Green Mode synchronises flashing within a stated range of up to 30 metres, while Blue Mode enables centralised control of multiple units within approximately 2 metres.
Choose from Fast Flash, Breathing, Lightning, High Frequency and Steady On modes to suit different riding conditions. Steady mode also offers three adjustable brightness levels — High, Medium and Low — selected by holding the button while the light is switched off.
The built-in 250mAh rechargeable battery supports convenient USB-C charging. A blue indicator illuminates during charging and switches off once charging is complete, making it easy to check charging status.
Four tool-free mounting options allow installation on a seatpost, saddle rails, compatible bike bag strap or helmet. Weather-resistant seals help protect against rain and splashes, provided the charging port cover is securely closed.
