We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

1. Press the oval button on the inside of the helmet and remove the chin guard.
2. Then wear and adjust the helmet well.
3. Finally assemble the chin.
Please measure the head circumference from the curve of the forehead to the curve of the back of the head, our helmet has two sizes, S size 48-53cm, M size 53-58cm. Suitable for children and young people from 3 to 15 years.
