Orders are dispatched from China. From the time you place your order to receiving it, delivery usually takes 10–14 working days in total, and free standard shipping is included with every order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.
