We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

The rack supports bicycles weighing up to 15 kg when correctly installed on a suitable solid wall using appropriate fixings.
It is suitable for solid concrete and solid brick walls. Do not install it directly onto plasterboard, hollow brick, foam walls or composite panels.
Use an 8 mm masonry drill bit with the supplied wall plugs. Before drilling, check for hidden electrical cables, gas pipes or water pipes, and make sure the installation area is solid concrete or solid brick.
The support arm adjusts from approximately 34 to 44 cm and is suitable for a wide range of road, mountain and city bike frames. Compatibility still depends on the bicycle’s frame shape, dimensions and weight.
No. The supplied expansion fixings are intended for suitable solid walls. Different wall structures may require alternative fixings. Please consult a qualified installer when unsure.
