We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items, size-related returns, oversized items such as roof racks, and approved exchanges. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

Fully Adjustable Design
The rack, mudguard and support bar are adjustable to suit different bike setups. The seat plate and mudguard can be adjusted forwards and backwards by up to 8 cm, while the support bar extends from 34.5 cm to 45.5 cm. When used alone, the mudguard can rotate freely up to 320°.
Compatibility Notes
Suitable for bikes with a seatpost diameter of up to 32 mm. Not compatible with rear suspension bikes, carbon fibre frames, folding bikes or frames with special seat stays.
