We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping for quality issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items, size-related returns, oversized items such as roof racks, and approved exchanges. For other personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For full order cancellations within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Partial returns generally do not include a refund of the original delivery cost.

Adapted double spring shock absorber ball technology, the two shock absorber balls below provide sufficient buffer force and effectively reduce vibration; at the same time, the seat rail adopts an arc shock absorption design, which forms a strong support while effectively absorbing shock and is not easy to deform at the same time.
FOAM & LIQUID SILICONE PADDING
The interior of this bicycle saddle is padded with high-density polyurethane foam and liquid silicone, which makes the saddle enormously soft and elastic, further dispersing vibrations and shocks caused by road bumps.
WATERPROOF & REFLECTIVE TAPE
The outside of the seat cushion is fully wrapped with PU leather surface, which is really waterproof and dustproof, preventing the inside of the seat from getting wet.
