Self-Service Return

1. Log in to your account:

• Click this link to go to the account login page: Account Login
• In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue."
• Open the email from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
• Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order you want to return.

3. If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you wish to return.

4. Choose the reason for the return and add any notes for the store.

5. Click "Submit Request."

If your return request is approved and a shipment is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
